The Officers and Board Members of The Parkwood Terrace Improvement Association, Inc. (PTIA) would like to welcome you to our neighborhood and our website!
The PTIA works diligently to preserve its desirability and provide a family-friendly environment for all residents. We encourage everyone to keep our community safe as well as strive to maintain our property values.

Membership dues are $50 annually per homeowner. The dues are used for maintaining the front entrance which includes grass cutting, water bill, sprinkler system, gazebo maintenance, decorations, neighborhood activities, and storage. In addition, administrative correspondence, mailing costs, newsletters, legal fees, office supplies, and benevolent funds and cards are all paid from your dues.
Our Association is a member of the Federation of Greater Baton Rouge Civic Associations (FGBRCA). The FGBRCA is an umbrella organization that represents homeowners, civic, and condo associations located in East Baton Rouge Parish. Membership has its benefits, including having a voice in the decisions that affect our communities.
We encourage you to attend PTIA and Crime Prevention meetings. PTIA Meetings are held via Zoom. Crime Prevention meetings are held in-person at the Baker Library and via Zoom (Hybrid meetings).
