The history of Parkwood Terrace is one of resilience, determination, and triumph. What was once an undeveloped cotton field in the Alsen area of Baton Rouge has transformed into a thriving Black neighborhood, built through the hard work and perseverance of its residents.

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) assures that the Covenants found in the Amendment and Supplement to the Acts of Restrictions for Parkwood Terrace Subdivision, First, Second, and Third Filings are enforced by reviewing any plans or specifications for improvement submitted by any Owner in Parkwood Terrace.
